Chris Trevor

Chris Trevor, known to many as CT, established Chris Trevor & Associates in 2001, bringing with him decades of experience and a deep commitment to the Gladstone community. Having lived in Gladstone for over 60 years, CT began his legal career in 1985, serving clients locally and in the surrounding areas. CT’s extensive experience and leadership within the legal profession were recognised by the Queensland Law Society, which appointed him as a Senior Counsellor. In this capacity, he provides valuable guidance to fellow solicitors and lawyers across Queensland on professional and ethical matters. Beyond his legal practice, CT has been actively involved in public service. He served as a Gladstone City Councillor starting in 2004 and made history in 2007 when elected as the first Federal Member of Parliament for Flynn. His dedication to local governance continued with roles as Deputy Mayor and Councillor of the Gladstone Regional Council until his retirement from public life in 2024. CT maintains membership with the Queensland Law Society, the Gladstone Law Association, and the Central Queensland Law Association. He holds Life Memberships with the Endeavour Foundation and the Past Brothers Senior Rugby League Football Club. His commitment to the community is further reflected in his role as a board member of the Gladstone & District Sports Foundation Trust and his ongoing contribution as an honorary solicitor to various sporting and charitable organisations in the Gladstone region.
