Christian Cifuentes

Christian Cifuentes is the Principal Lawyer at Cifuentes Lawyers, practising in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia. He is renowned for his effective approach, combining vigorous, pragmatic, and strategic legal work to secure the best outcomes for his clients. Emphasising negotiated resolutions, Christian seeks to avoid unnecessary, lengthy legal proceedings. Before founding his firm in 2015, he gained extensive experience at the Legal Services Commission of South Australia and as a Family Mediator with the Australian Relationship Centre. Christian holds a Bachelor of International Studies and a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University, and a Master of International Law from the Australian National University. His commitment to legal education is further reflected in his tenure as a law tutor and lecturer at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia, where he taught subjects ranging from Jurisprudence to International Law.
