Admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1995, she has accumulated over 25 years of specialised experience in property and estate law. Her comprehensive legal practice encompasses wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship, probate, as well as residential, rural, and commercial conveyancing. Catherine is also adept in retail and commercial leasing, providing a wide array of services to her clients. Since March 2020, Catherine has operated her own firm in Shell Cove, where she focuses on conveyancing, the sale and purchase of businesses, leasing, and estate management. Her previous role as a Senior Lawyer at Garden and Green Lawyers in Swan Hill allowed her to manage NSW matters, including water licenses, estate planning, and probate. Her experience at Carter Ferguson Solicitors in Kiama further strengthened her proficiency in handling conveyancing, leasing, business transactions, and estate matters.
