Having completed a Bachelor of Laws in 1995, he pursued legal training in the UK, culminating in his admission as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1998. Here, he advised on industrial and employment strategies, successfully negotiated Enterprise Agreements, and adeptly represented members in various tribunals and courts across Australia. In 2005, Colin transitioned back to private practice as a Senior Associate at Wisewolds Lawyers, maintaining his focus on employment law and dispute resolution. His career progressed at Marsh and Maher, where he became a partner in 2010. In June 2020, he founded CJB Law, where he continues to represent clients across diverse industries, including transport, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
