Michael Rozdal

Michael Rozdal is the Solicitor Director at Clarke Law, leveraging a wealth of experience in commercial litigation and corporate law. An accredited specialist since 2006, Michael has been recognised on the Best Lawyers List for Insolvency and Reconstruction from 2016 onwards. His expertise spans diverse practice areas including bankruptcy, insolvency, property law, and trusts and estate matters. Michael has a deep connection to the far south coast, having grown up in Cooma and currently being an active member of the Bermagui Chamber of Commerce and the Bermagui Golf Club. His legal career has seen him grow from a partner at Kemp Strang, where he served for over seven years, to a Consulting Principal at Keypoint Law in Sydney. He now leads at Clarke Law with a client-focused approach honed during his extensive legal career, which he commenced following his education at Macquarie University, where he earned his BA LLB between 1986 and 1992.
