Brad Fitzgerald

Brad Fitzgerald serves as a Director at Clements Fitzgerald Lawyers, where he applies his extensive legal expertise to assist clients in navigating high-stakes legal challenges. His practice encompasses a wide array of areas including criminal defence, domestic violence matters, regulatory and enforcement issues, elder and mental health law, and administrative law. His practical approach is informed by a wealth of experience in senior legal roles, notably as General Counsel at the Legal Services Commission, with stints as Acting Legal Services Commissioner, and as Legal Manager in the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist at Queensland Health. Brad's admission to practice in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland complements his diverse skill set. Beyond his legal practice, he dedicates his leadership skills to the community, serving as Chair of a not-for-profit board in the health and disability sector and holding positions as a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary on several community-focused boards.
