Hannah Whippy is a distinguished Senior Associate at Clover Law, specialising in estate planning with a robust experience spanning over two decades in both national and boutique law firms. Her journey began at a prestigious national firm, where she dedicated over ten years, followed by four years at a boutique practice before joining Clover Law in August 2020. Hannah is known for her compassionate and supportive approach, helping clients navigate the complex and often emotional terrain of estate administration and asset protection. She collaborates closely with accountants, financial planners, and other advisers to craft solutions that meet her clients’ diverse needs in estate planning and business succession. Her work includes preparing effective wills, estate plans for intergenerational asset protection, and tax-effective succession strategies. Hannah's career also includes significant experience with McCullough Robertson and View Legal, where she developed expertise in structuring and restructuring businesses, trust law issues, and implementing testamentary trust wills. As a third-generation lawyer, her legal acumen and passion for the law were nurtured from a young age. Beyond her professional life, Hannah is a devoted fan of the Canberra Raiders and enjoys playing social basketball.
