Emilia Panayiotou is a seasoned Barrister and Solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2010. Her legal journey began with two years in bankruptcy and insolvency law, which laid the foundation for her notable focus on property, building, and construction law. Emilia's commitment to these areas was solidified with the completion of her Master of Construction Law from the University of Melbourne in 2015, a testament to her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. Her expertise in building and construction law includes representing Owners Corporations in complex multiparty proceedings.
