He is particularly adept at managing urgent situations, offering advice and support even outside regular working hours and on weekends. His career encompasses a variety of roles, starting with his work at the NSW Police Force, where he tackled cases involving domestic violence, fraud, and other serious offences. Transitioning to the NSW Department of Education, Luke excelled as a Principal Investigator, focusing on child protection and misconduct investigations, advising senior officials, and mentoring junior staff. His leadership in the department included directing child protection investigations and promoting high-quality service delivery. Luke's consultancy experience with Weir Consulting has further honed his expertise in workplace misconduct and cultural conflict resolution. As Managing Director, he has been instrumental in shaping workplace training and investigations, interfacing with various government agencies at local, state, and national levels. In terms of education, Luke holds a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and an Associate Degree in Policing Practices.
