

Adam West serves as the Principal and Director, bringing extensive expertise in litigation and employment law, with a primary focus on family law. With over 19 years of experience, Adam’s legal acumen is further strengthened by his accreditation as a Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator. His practice encompasses complex property and financial settlements, parenting and custody arrangements, de-facto relationships, child support, and binding financial agreements. Adam is known for his professional, solutions-focused approach, guiding clients through often emotional matters with diplomacy and care. His ability to forge key relationships with doctors, counsellors, mediators, and other experts enhances the support available to his clients. Skilled in negotiation, Adam aims to resolve disputes favourably without resorting to court proceedings. Should court appearances become necessary, Adam is well-versed in representing clients before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as New South Wales' Local, District, and Supreme Courts. Before joining Coleman Greig Lawyers in March 2017, Adam honed his skills at Slater and Gordon Lawyers and Cox West Lawyers, gaining significant experience in both family law and broader legal fields including civil and commercial litigation, property law, and wills and estates. Adam's qualifications include a Bachelor of Business/Laws from Western Sydney University, alongside accreditation as a Nationally Accredited Mediator and membership with AIFLAM.
