Phil's extensive construction insurance experience involves managing claims under annual and project-specific PI policies, defending contractors, engineers, architects, building surveyors, property developers, and building owners in significant disputes. He also represents construction companies and suppliers in workplace health and safety prosecutions and before disciplinary boards.
In addition to his expertise in construction-related matters, Phil handles large, multi-party litigation across Australia, serving as both defence and coverage counsel in class actions.
