Paul Alice serves as the Senior Solicitor at Colquhoun & Colquhoun Solicitors, bringing extensive experience in business law, wills and estate planning, and conveyancing and property law. Admitted as a solicitor in 1983, Paul began his career in private practice that same year and dedicated a decade to volunteering at the Macquarie Legal Centre. He remains committed to pro bono work through involvement with two local community centres. In his commercial practice, Paul assists with the sale and purchase of companies, shares, and businesses, drafting shareholder contracts and supply agreements, and advising on property transactions and commercial leasing.
