Alistair Miller

Alistair holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Adelaide and was admitted to practise as a solicitor and barrister in 1999. Much of his career has been dedicated to in-house legal roles within private corporations, giving him a deep understanding of commercial operations and corporate strategy. With over 20 years of experience, Alistair has honed his skills in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, including those related to infrastructure, front-end construction, joint ventures, framework arrangements, design-and-construct contracts, and project management agreements. His work spans diverse sectors such as electricity and renewable energy, mining, industrial relations, commercial cleaning, accreditation frameworks, and viticulture. This broad expertise enables Alistair to deliver tailored legal solutions that align with his clients’ strategic objectives.
