Elias Farah

Elias has over 19 years of experience practising in property, conveyancing, and commercial law, with a deep understanding of the South Australian real estate market. His expertise spans both residential and commercial matters, including property acquisitions and disposals, large-scale developments (particularly apartment projects and mixed-use sites), leasing transactions, hotel agreements, business sales and purchases, and property-related banking and finance matters. Elias also provides strategic advice on strata and community title issues, property due diligence, and general property concerns. In addition to his legal practice, Elias contributes to the industry through Director and Advisory Board appointments and frequently presents seminars on relevant legal topics. He has earned multiple awards and national recognition as a leading property lawyer in Adelaide and South Australia. Elias holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting major) from the University of Adelaide and is actively involved in several professional organisations, including the Law Society of South Australia and the University of Adelaide Alumni. Before founding Commercial and Legal, Elias gained valuable experience at top law firms, including Minter Ellison, Finlaysons, and Norton Rose (Dubai).
