Johan Boshoff

Johan holds an LLB from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, graduating in 2004. He was admitted as a solicitor in South Africa in 2006, where he practised extensively until relocating to Adelaide in 2024. Johan is currently admitted to practise in South Australia, New South Wales, and New Zealand. With a robust background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, Johan has managed a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, taxation, landlord-tenant issues, business sales, building disputes, and insolvency. His expertise extends to advising on and drafting commercial contracts, trust documents, corporate governance policies, and share structures. Johan has also drafted constitutional agreements and served in advisory and governance roles, including as company secretary and trustee, for clients across industries such as agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, transportation, and specialised equipment hire.
