David Hwang

David is a trusted advisor, lawyer and company secretary to Boards and management of emerging and listed entities. Throughout his career, David has had the privilege of serving and working closely with some of the sharpest minds in corporate boardrooms through all phases of their respective company lives – from inception to rapid growth, through more challenging circumstances that require careful but urgent planning and pivots. Prior to joining Prandium Capital and separately, founding Confidant Partners, David was a senior executive at Automic Group, Australia’s leading integrated technology solutions and professional services provider.
