About Rebecca

Rebecca O’Toole is a founding Director of Contested Will and Estate Lawyers. Admitted as a lawyer in 2006, she began her career at a boutique law firm in rural Queensland before progressing to lead the estate litigation team at a large multinational law firm. Rebecca has substantial experience in matters involving constructive trusts and elder abuse, and is dedicated to advocating for individuals who are unable to represent themselves.
