Rebecca O'Toole

Rebecca O’Toole is a founding Director of Contested Will and Estate Lawyers. Admitted as a lawyer in 2006, she began her career at a boutique law firm in rural Queensland before progressing to lead the estate litigation team at a large multinational law firm. Rebecca has substantial experience in matters involving constructive trusts and elder abuse, and is dedicated to advocating for individuals who are unable to represent themselves. Throughout her career, she has successfully resolved hundreds of cases concerning claims for further provision from wills across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
