

Sarah Hogan is the founder and director of Conveyancing Assist, a practice she established to reshape the conveyancing experience. With a career beginning in 2011, Sarah has managed property law teams in both city and suburban settings. In 2022, she transitioned from traditional legal roles to focus exclusively on conveyancing by obtaining a conveyancing licence. Her vision is to provide a service that leverages technology for convenience, cost-effectiveness, and personal interaction, ensuring clients don't feel like just a number. Before founding Conveyancing Assist, Sarah held significant roles, including as a Senior Property Lawyer at Duffy & Simon. There, she led a team handling both residential and commercial transactions and assisted on complex matters. Her experience also includes tenure as a Senior Associate at Saxbys Lawyers, where she advised on property-based transactions, development projects, and related financial issues. Earlier, she honed her skills at Kabo Lawyers and N A Young & Co, managing residential and commercial property matters. Sarah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Darwin University and certification in trust account management from the Australian Institute of Credit Management, complemented by a Master of Applied Law from The College of Law Australia. Her practical legal training was completed at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Sarah's diverse experience and innovative approach position her uniquely in the conveyancing field.
