Jim Cosgriff

Jim Cosgriff has been practising law since 1992 and has served the Echuca region since 1999. He has a strong passion for law and is actively engaged in the local community. Jim brings extensive experience in commercial law, with a focus on transactions involving hospitality venues and accommodation facilities. His work includes handling complex, high-value caravan park deals across multiple states. Known for his practical approach, Jim quickly identifies key issues and delivers effective solutions. He manages matters for property development clients and, together with the firm’s team, offers guidance on a broad range of property transactions, retail leasing, and commercial disputes. Beyond his legal practice, Jim contributes to the community through his involvement on local boards and currently serves as a director of the Campaspe Port Enterprise.
