Stefan Manche

Stefan Manche is a Director and Principal within our Wills, Estates and Succession Planning team, a role he has held since March 2025. Bringing over a decade of expertise in legal practice, Stefan possesses extensive experience in wills, succession planning, and estate disputes, developed through his tenure in both legal and multidisciplinary teams across Geelong and Melbourne. Stefan's practice encompasses a wide array of areas, including powers of attorney, guardianship, superannuation planning, and family trust advisory services. His approach is centred around understanding his client's unique personal, family, and business circumstances, thereby allowing him to devise tailored strategies and solutions that align with their current needs and future aspirations. This dedication to personalised service has made him a trusted advisor within the community. Throughout his career, Stefan has maintained a focus on the successful and smooth transition of wealth across generations, striving to prevent unnecessary estate disputes. His leadership in wills and estates has not gone unnoticed; he was recently recognised in the 2025 Victoria Doyles Guide as a Leading Wills & Estates Planning Lawyer (Recommended). Previously, Stefan served as the Principal and Head of Wills, Estates and Succession Planning at Coulter Legal from July 2021 to March 2025. His prior roles include Special Counsel and Director at various reputable firms, where he honed his skills in family and business succession planning, estate dispute resolution, and superannuation challenges. Stefan holds an LLB (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Deakin University, which he completed in 2009. Beyond his legal commitments, he actively contributes to the community as a member of the Strategy & Policy sub-Committee for the Committee for Geelong and the Geelong Business Club.
