Nicholas Galle

Nicholas is a corporate, commercial and litigation lawyer. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from Latrobe University and achieved a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Nicholas brings a practical, pragmatic and solutions oriented approach to advising companies, businesses, accountants and private clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including: company advice on corporation laws, regulations and compliance; corporate governance, including company secretarial advice and services; commercial litigation specialising in insolvency law; general commercial and corporate contractual preparation, negotiation, interpretation and advice; business restructure and reorganisations; share, business and asset sales and acquisitions; property and development transactions including commercial and Retail leases and licences; and intellectual property (IP) matters including filing and maintaining IP and IP disputes.
