Our Practice Director, Roger Blow, is a commercial litigator with over 27 years of experience. Around 5 of those years was spent acting extensively for the ATO in Perth on a variety of disputes, including large volumes of winding up/bankruptcy applications brought in the Federal Court on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner. Roger therefore has particular expertise in assisting Cove Legal's clients facing any kind of ATO debt recovery or insolvency proceedings.
