Jennifer Croker

Jennifer Croker, the Principal of Croker Edwards, has been a practising lawyer since 2008. With a strong focus on Family Law, both Property and Parenting, as well as Wills and Deceased Estates, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Her legal journey encompasses a broad array of areas including Conveyancing, Property, Small Business, and Equity. In 2016, Jennifer founded Croker Edwards, driven by a profound sense of dedication to the legal profession. Her decision to resign from her position as a solicitor at a Sydney law firm was motivated by a desire to pursue further study and legal research. This commitment to enhancing her expertise did not go unnoticed, as community members soon began seeking her advice and services. Recognising her ability to make a positive impact, she established her own practice to offer more tailored legal solutions. Jennifer's approach is client-focused and she is known for her effective communication skills, simplifying complex legal processes to empower clients in making informed decisions. Her determination to solve problems, combined with meticulous attention to detail and a personable nature, has cultivated a stellar reputation. Clients trust her not only for her legal acumen, but also for her compassionate guidance through challenging times. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a focus on Family Law, a Bachelor of Media/Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Her dedication to social justice is exemplified by her initiative to establish a legal centre in West Africa during her time with The Legal Aid Scheme of Ghana. She is also adventurous, having successfully reached the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro and trekked to Everest Base Camp. Currently, Jennifer serves as the elected President of the Eastern Suburbs Law Society, further demonstrating her leadership within the legal community. Her blend of expertise, compassion, and commitment ensures that her clients feel supported and confident in the resolution of their legal matters.
