Rob Crossing

Rob Crossing, Principal of Crossing Family Lawyers, has been practising law since 1995. His career began as a legal associate to the Chief Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia. In 2003, he founded Crossing Family Lawyers, where he focuses on areas such as farming cases, property settlements, financial agreements, and children-related issues. Rob is passionate about collaborative dispute resolution and plays a significant role in this area as a founding member of Collaborative Professionals WA. He is a nationally accredited mediator and arbitrator, ensuring a comprehensive approach to family law matters. Rob's professional affiliations are extensive and include membership in the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of WA, the Law Society of WA, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Resolution Institute, and the Australian Institute of Family Lawyers and Mediators. His commitment extends beyond the legal field, reflected in his involvement with various community and professional groups. He serves as a committee member of the 2/2 Commando Association of Australia and has previously contributed to the council of Christ Church Grammar School, as well as the committees of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of WA and Collaborative Professionals WA.
