Nina Menon

Nina Menon is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted in both Australia and India, bringing a uniquely international perspective to her practice in Australian migration law. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria, Nina has built her expertise across some of Melbourne's leading immigration law firms, where she managed complex employer sponsorship matters, skilled and family migration pathways, and citizenship applications. She is known for her ability to manage high-volume caseloads with care and precision, and her excellent communication skills allow her to build strong, trusted relationships with broad range of clients, including both corporate and individuals. Her career spans over eight years of legal practice across multiple jurisdictions, including roles at international organisations and private practice in commercial and investment law. Nina completed her legal studies from Victoria University and holds a Master of Laws in International Trade Law, Contracts and Dispute Resolution from the University of Turin, along with Bachelor of Laws from University of Mumbai. Outside of work, Nina is an avid reader and loves to travel, drawing inspiration from the diverse cultures and perspectives she encounters along the way.
