

Michael D'Enett is a dedicated solicitor at Croy Legal, where he applies his expertise primarily in Family Law and Conveyancing. A Griffith University alumnus, Michael earned his Bachelor of Laws in 2022. Initially pursuing a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice, his interest in legal subjects prompted a full transition to law, where he discovered a passion for the intellectual challenges it presents and the opportunity to tangibly affect clients' lives. Beginning his career under the mentorship of Lisa Croy, Michael values the foundation he established at Croy Legal. His current work is deeply rooted in Family Law, an area he finds particularly impactful due to its significant consequences on individuals and families, especially children, during separations. He is committed to ensuring these transitions are handled with the utmost care to minimise long-term impacts. Michael is actively expanding his proficiency in Family Law through an Applied Master in Family Law, positioning himself to offer even more comprehensive guidance and representation. He thoroughly enjoys negotiating financial settlements, aiming for resolutions that best serve his clients' interests. Outside of his professional commitments, Michael enjoys hiking, working out at the gym, reading, and spending quality time with his family, reflecting his balanced approach to life and work.
