Luke Cudmore

Luke Cudmore is a family lawyer dedicated to supporting clients through some of the most challenging periods in their lives. As a father of two young children, Luke brings a personal understanding of the profound connection between parents and children, which informs his approach to family law matters. He is committed to guiding clients with compassion, care and clarity, recognising the emotional strain that high conflict custody disputes can impose. Luke’s approach is grounded in providing straightforward and practical advice. He values honesty and transparency, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of where their matter stands at every stage. Luke views litigation as a last resort, advocating for resolution through less adversarial means whenever possible, helping clients move forward to the next chapter of their lives. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology. Luke is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. He is an active member of the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland, and serves as Secretary of the Moreton Bay Law Association.
