Lee Christensen

Lee Christensen, a Director with extensive experience in insolvency and commercial litigation, has played a pivotal role in some of Australia's most significant legal assignments over the past three decades. His legal practice has significantly contributed to shaping the interpretation of insolvency legislation and the methodologies applied in restructuring and insolvency cases. Throughout his career, Lee has appeared in numerous courts, including the High Court of Australia, showcasing his capabilities as both a barrister and solicitor. His proficiency encompasses a wide range of legal matters, including corporate disputes involving ASX-listed companies, debt and creditor recovery, trust law, and disputes among beneficiaries and shareholders. Lee's expertise also extends to handling matters with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and various personal disputes. Currently serving as the Director of CX Law since 2018 and of Christensen Partners Pty Ltd since 2017, Lee continues to offer his legal acumen in West Perth, Western Australia. His previous roles include being a Partner at Dentons and Gadens, where he honed his skills in handling complex legal challenges. Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Jurisprudence, and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, reflecting his robust academic foundation in both law and commerce.
