Daniel Settimio is a Senior Associate at CXT Legal, where he has been practising since 2018. He focuses predominantly on corporate law, with extensive experience in corporate transactions, advisory, and funding arrangements encompassing debt, equity, and hybrid structures. Daniel is regularly engaged in complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), playing a pivotal role in drafting detailed transaction documents and supporting negotiations for both buy-side and sell-side mandates. Graduating as a university medallist from the University of South Australia, Daniel is highly regarded for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate the technical complexities of corporate matters.
