Alicia Dark is the Director and Principal Lawyer of Dark Legal. Alicia is an experienced commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with particular expertise in building and construction, corporate and commercial disputes, property disputes, debt recovery and insolvency. Alicia founded Dark Legal with the objective of providing commercially focused legal services that depart from the traditional law firm model. She takes a strategic and pragmatic approach to legal matters, with a strong focus on understanding each client's commercial objectives and developing a clear strategy for achieving them. Alicia works closely with her clients throughout their matters and places particular importance on accessibility, transparency and communication. Clients are kept informed about the strategy, prospects, costs and next steps in their matter so that they can make informed commercial decisions as the matter progresses.
