Elizabeth began her career at Davies Collison Cave Law Pty Ltd in 2000, initially engaging in all areas of IP litigation for a decade before transitioning to the Trade Marks Group. Her comprehensive skill set allows her to manage a robust contentious and enforcement practice with a special focus on domain names and online trade mark infringements. She is adept at handling issues arising from Google AdWords, social media, and e-commerce websites and assists clients in implementing Custom Seizure programs to curb the entry of counterfeit goods into Australia. Highly responsive and client-focused, Elizabeth provides strategic and commercially oriented advice, deeply valuing her client relationships. Her work has earned her multiple accolades, including being recognised as a leading IP Professional and receiving the MIP Australian Practitioner of the Year award for Trade Marks and Patent Attorneys in 2023.
