David Harper

David Harper has been with Davies Moloney since January 2013 and was admitted to practice in February of the same year. He was appointed Senior Associate in August 2019 before becoming a partner on 1 July 2021. David’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, representing both corporate and individual clients. He regularly appears in all Victorian Courts and Tribunals, including the Magistrates’ Court, County Court, Supreme Court, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. David also has experience with interstate Courts and Tribunals. He has extensive experience assisting Owners Corporations with fee recovery, resolving property disputes, addressing repairs, handling noise and nuisance complaints, and advising on the Owners Corporation Act 2006 and associated legislation. David takes a pragmatic approach to litigation, aiming to provide clear and practical advice to his clients.
