Lauren Moloney

Lauren Moloney holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from La Trobe University, graduating in July 2019. She completed her Practical Legal Training at the Leo Cussen Centre of Law and was admitted to practice in August 2020. Lauren initially joined Davies Moloney in a support role, working closely with Tamar Bell to provide administrative and paralegal assistance before her admission. Since joining the firm, Lauren has developed a broad legal practice in civil litigation, debt collection, conveyancing, family law and estate planning. She regularly appears in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court and courts within the surrounding areas. In May 2024, Lauren was promoted to Senior Associate, and in April 2025, she became the firm’s third partner. Lauren values the problem-solving challenges presented by civil litigation and continually enhances her legal expertise through case research and practical experience. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
