Mark Lillicrap

Mark Lillicrap is a Principal with a comprehensive legal background spanning several key practice areas. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland, complemented by a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology. Mark was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1991 and is also admitted to the High Court of Australia. Mark’s diverse experience includes property law, where he oversees and trains the conveyancing team to ensure smooth property transactions. He provides expert advice in family and relationship law, particularly in property disputes. His estate planning work covers wills, enduring powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts, alongside managing the administration of deceased estates and handling disputes that arise in this area. In addition to these, Mark has substantial experience in commercial litigation, debt recovery, compensation claims, and criminal law matters, including traffic offences.
