Simon Clinch is a Special Counsel known for his expertise in handling complex property division and parenting matters, particularly for established professionals. With more than 15 years of dedicated experience in Family Law, Simon has practiced in both Sydney and Melbourne, bringing a wealth of knowledge, resilience, and practical insight to even the most challenging family law issues. He has significant experience in dealing with intricate financial matters, including businesses, trusts, family loans, and leakage of funds. Simon's career has seen him develop a deep understanding of complex parenting issues such as parental alienation, interstate and international relocation, high-conflict dynamics, family violence, grandparents’ rights, and school refusal. His compassionate, grounded approach and ability to provide clear, straightforward advice enable his clients to understand their options and make informed decisions effectively. Currently, Simon is Special Counsel and Head of Family Law at Delaney Roberts Specialist Family Lawyers in Sydney. His previous positions include Special Counsel at Lander & Rogers and Senior Associate at Karras Partners Lawyers. Simon also gained substantial experience at Hutchinson Legal where he held various roles, commencing as a Law Clerk and advancing to a Lawyer, and subsequently as an Associate with Resolve Conflict Family Lawyers. Simon holds an Arts/Law degree from La Trobe University, where he completed his studies in 2010.
