Oszkar Denes

Oszkar Denes is the Principal Solicitor at Denes Lawyers, where he focuses exclusively on representing individuals who have sustained injuries in accidents across Queensland. With extensive experience, Oszkar has represented clients injured in a range of incidents, including workplace accidents, motor vehicle collisions, and injuries occurring in public spaces. His clients include passengers suffering catastrophic injuries in car accidents, FIFO workers hurt at mining operations, nurses and care workers affected by both physical and psychological harm due to employer negligence, airport workers with severe back injuries, and patients injured through medical negligence. At Denes Lawyers, Oszkar applies his expertise and dedicates personal attention to guiding the strategic direction of each case. He regularly appears before Queensland’s District and Supreme Courts, in Brisbane and Rockhampton, advocating for his clients' interests. Prior to founding his own firm, Oszkar held senior roles at two large national law firms for over a decade, where he defended Australian and international insurance companies in dispute matters.
