Giulio Di Sotto

Giulio has been practising law continuously since his admission as a barrister and solicitor in December 1986. He began his career at a medium-sized city firm, handling contentious matters across the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court of South Australia, and various tribunals. After several years, Giulio established his own small practice in the Northern suburbs to provide more accessible legal services to local communities, reducing the need for clients to travel to the city for advice, assistance, and representation. In 1998, Giulio joined Rossi Legal, a city-based firm, where he was responsible for establishing and managing the West Lakes office, which opened in January that year. He has worked full-time at that location ever since and took over the practice independently on 1 July 2016. Giulio’s approach centres on delivering practical, clear, and effective legal advice to help clients make informed decisions about important matters in their lives, alleviating the burden often caused by complex legal processes. He is a member of the Law Society, and his firm, Di Sotto Lawyers, is recognised as a Gold Alliance Firm. Giulio offers a client-focused service, including home and hospital visits, attendances at nursing homes, and after-hours appointments, ensuring legal support is accessible and responsive to clients’ needs.
