Robert Duffy

Robert Duffy was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988 and joined M.J. Duffy & Son that same year, continuing a family legacy as the fourth generation of the Duffy family at the firm. Over the course of his career, Robert has broadened his practice beyond criminal law to encompass business and commercial law, corporate structuring, the purchase and sale of businesses, trade practices, and all facets of conveyancing. He also brings extensive experience in estate planning, including drafting wills, powers of attorney, and enduring guardianship documents. Robert acts for numerous prominent businesses in Dubbo and the surrounding regions, where he has cultivated strong relationships with government bodies, the local business community, and the wider Orana region. Outside of his legal practice, Robert is a committed ironman competitor, demonstrating the same dedication and discipline in his personal pursuits as he does in his professional career.
