Cameron Duncan

Cameron Duncan is the founder and Principal Solicitor of Duncan & Co Lawyers, bringing extensive experience in Criminal Law, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution. With a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Business, and a Diploma of Legal Practice, Cameron has developed a strong foundation to serve his clients effectively. Prior to establishing his own practice, Cameron honed his legal expertise at two well-regarded private law firms and most recently at Legal Aid NSW, where he acted as an advocate. He regularly appears in the Local, District, and Supreme Courts of New South Wales. Cameron's notable experience includes representing clients in serious criminal matters such as murder trials and achieving acquittals for all clients in jury trials across 2020, 2021, and 2022. He also advocates in Local Court hearings and District Court appeals and sentencing matters. Beyond criminal law, Cameron has experience recovering substantial debts, including a $2.5 million claim for a transport company, and securing provisions for widows and children in estate matters. Known for his commitment to acting in his clients' best interests, Cameron is focused on delivering outcomes efficiently and effectively. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his young family and engaging in sport.
