Errol Berman

Errol Berman has practised as a solicitor in Sydney since 1982 and established E Berman & Co in 1984. Throughout his career, Errol has gained extensive experience across several areas of law, including family law, commercial litigation, and business matters. Between 1990 and 1995, he was a partner at Parry Carrol Kanjian, a Sydney-based legal practice, before returning to E Berman & Co. Committed to providing efficient and cost-effective legal solutions, Errol approaches every client matter with dedication and focus. He has a longstanding record of pro bono service to his local community centre, reflecting his commitment to contributing positively to society. In addition, Errol is a notary public and an accredited non-practising mediator. When handling disputed family law cases, Errol prioritises early resolution to reduce costs and avoid the need for court proceedings wherever possible. Outside the practice of law, Errol is married with three children and enjoys football (soccer), golf, and maintaining his fitness through activity tracking.
