Brian Donnelly, the Principal of Eastern Legal Services, has been practising law since 2008. Before embarking on his legal career, Brian dedicated 20 years to Victoria Police, where he honed his skills as a police prosecutor. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of the justice system, which he has carried into his legal practice. As a lawyer, Brian has managed a diverse range of cases, from intricate family law issues concerning property and children, to debt recovery, and commercial disputes involving major corporations. His expertise also extends to complex estate disputes and assisting individuals with wills and powers of attorney. After gaining valuable experience as an employee lawyer, Brian embraced the opportunity to lead his own practice by acquiring David Wilkinson and Co, rebranding it as Eastern Legal Services. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and is committed to delivering practical and cost-effective legal advice. Brian's legal education was completed at the University of Melbourne, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws.
