Sally Pottenger

Sally Pottenger is a highly regarded Principal at E C Legal, known for her candid approach and unwavering dedication to achieving practical and commercial outcomes for her clients. She possesses a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Applied Economics), having been admitted to practice in 2014. Sally's career commenced at Mendelsons Lawyers, where she served as both a legal trainee and solicitor, honing her skills in a range of legal matters. Since joining E C Legal in 2016, Sally has made significant strides in both general commercial litigation and motor vehicle recovery litigation. Her leadership was recognised when she was appointed manager of the Motor Vehicle Disputes department in 2018, where she successfully streamlined operations and mentored staff, solidifying the firm's position as a leader in the industry. In 2021, Sally expanded her leadership role within the Commercial Litigation team and was subsequently appointed Principal in 2022, a testament to her exceptional contributions. Sally is adept at navigating complex legal challenges and is deeply committed to her clients' success. Outside of the office, Sally enjoys planning her next adventure with her husband, whether travelling overseas or exploring new local cafés. She also has a passion for live music and is learning to play the piano, continually expanding her creative pursuits.
