Scott Eckert

Scott Eckert, owner of Eckert Law LLC and e4 LLC, combines extensive legal expertise with a strong commitment to community engagement. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Scott has been actively practising law since 2015, focusing on Contract Law, Employment Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Mediation, and Risk Mitigation. His approach prioritises thorough understanding and effective solutions for businesses, organisations, and individuals. Prior to founding his own firms, Scott served as Co-Owner and General Counsel of Eckert, Inc., operating as a Great Clips franchisee with 34 salons across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Fort Wayne until 2025. In this role, he honed his skills in business management and legal advice for corporate operations. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Scott was a Senior Solutions Consultant at TiER 1 Performance Solutions, where he worked on strategic initiatives for business improvement. Scott's legal career began at Raskin & Kremins, LLP in New York, initially as a Law Clerk and later as an Attorney, enhancing his litigation and advocacy skills. Additionally, he gained invaluable insights as a Judicial Intern under Hon. Harold Baer, Jr. at the U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y. His professional journey is enriched by his prior work as a teacher and adjunct lecturer, where he inspired students in New York. Scott holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, building on an M.A. in English Education from New York University and a B.A. in English Literature from Miami University. Outside his legal practice, Scott is a varsity chess coach, demonstrating his dedication to mentorship and strategic thinking in various contexts.
