Melanie Hrvatin

Melanie Hrvatin serves as the Director and a Solicitor at her practice. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide in 2004 and completed her practical legal training through the College of Law. Admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2006, Melanie is also recognised by the Supreme Courts of South Australia, Victoria, and the High Court of Australia. Throughout her career, she has gathered extensive experience practising across South Australia, Victoria, and the Northern Territory. Melanie has worked in various legal areas, including Migration, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Debt Recovery, and Probate and Estate law. However, her dedication led her to focus on Criminal law, where she has become a seasoned trial solicitor. Leading her practice since 2012, Melanie is known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to fostering positive client relationships, consistently striving for the best possible outcomes. Her leadership and legal acumen are the cornerstones of her successful practice.
