Andrew Neilson

Andrew Neilson brings 25 years of legal and commercial experience, combining deep expertise in commercial litigation with extensive in-house counsel roles in the Asia-Pacific region. He has served as general counsel and company secretary for Australian technology companies listed on the ASX and London’s AIM market, providing a broad understanding of corporate governance, capital raising, and investor relations. Andrew’s experience also encompasses technology commercialisation, structuring and negotiating complex contracts with global partners, and private company mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys exploring fine food and wine, delving into American political history, supporting the Richmond Tigers, and playing his treasured vinyl record collection, which he has carried with him since the late 1980s.
