Ash Rozario

Ash Rozario is a technology and commercial lawyer with over 14 years of experience spanning private practice and in-house roles. She has extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements related to the commercialisation and purchase of technology solutions, as well as general commercial law. Ash has worked across various industries, including fintech, equipment finance, IT and technology, cybersecurity, manufacturing, education, professional services, automotive, and government sectors. Previously, Ash served as the lead lawyer for cloud and software transactions in Australia and New Zealand at IBM. She also gained transactional experience at Dimension Data (now NTT). Her background includes a non-legal commercial management role and business consulting engagements focused on enhancing process, risk management, and efficiency in business transactions, which informs her practical and commercially aware approach to legal work. Ash holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, a Master of Laws, and a degree in computer science, all from the University of Melbourne.
