Catherine collaborates closely with James to meet the diverse needs of our banking and finance clients. Her role focuses on the meticulous preparation of mortgage, loan, and ancillary security documentation. She facilitates seamless communication and coordination with mortgage and caveat lenders, brokers, and borrowers, ensuring all parties are aligned both before and after the advancement of loans.
