Alison May

Alison May is a Senior Associate at Elliott Stafford, bringing over a decade of legal experience since her admission to practice in 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, and completed her supervised workplace training under the guidance of Bernadette Elliott. Alison has been with the firm since her admission, having been formally admitted by Basil Stafford in 2010. Alison's legal work spans a diverse range of areas, reflecting the broad scope of the firm’s practice. She regularly represents clients in both the Victorian and Federal Magistrates' Courts, demonstrating her capacity to manage various matters across jurisdictions. In addition to her practice, Alison contributes to the legal community as Secretary of the Victorian Municipal Prosecutors Group Inc., and maintains active membership with the Law Institute of Victoria. She holds admission as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
