Bernadette Elliott

Bernadette Elliott has practised as a barrister and solicitor since her admission in 1984, following her studies at the Council of Legal Education and completion of her Articles of Clerkship under Mr Raymond Triado at Triado Marshall and Lukadis. Shortly after, she established her own law firm, which continues to operate today. Mrs Elliott’s practice encompasses a broad range of legal matters, with particular emphasis on family law. She regularly appears before various courts, including the Family and Federal Magistrates’ Courts, as well as the Victorian Magistrates’ and County Courts. Mrs Elliott holds qualifications as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, both since 1984. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and active within its Family Law Section, as well as participating in the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Additionally, she serves on the Referral Panel and Simplified Grants Panel for Victoria Legal Aid. Her extensive experience and ongoing involvement reflect a long-standing commitment to providing comprehensive legal services, particularly in family law matters.
