Rebecca Francis is the principal solicitor and founder of Emerge Legal, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in criminal law to her practice. She is also trained in collaborative family law, family dispute resolution, and parenting coordination, allowing her to provide comprehensive support in matters involving family dynamics. Based in Penrith, Rebecca is deeply committed to serving her local community while extending her reach across Sydney and New South Wales. Her practice offers accessible and affordable legal advice and representation, addressing the needs of clients who may not qualify for Legal Aid yet find traditional private legal services cost-prohibitive. Before establishing Emerge Legal in 2021, Rebecca worked with Legal Aid where she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals unable to access affordable legal support. Emerge Legal was created to bridge that gap by delivering quality legal services through affordable fixed fees, flexible meeting options, and practical, realistic advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
